ANGAKH
A part of you

A little care goes a long way.

At Angakh, every piece is chosen for its distinctive oxidised finish, intricate details, and timeless charm. With the right care, you can help preserve its beauty and enjoy wearing it for longer.

Our jewellery features a brass base with 925/999 silver plating and an oxidised finish. Like other plated jewellery, its appearance may change over time depending on wear, moisture, storage, and exposure to
chemicals.

How to Care for Your Angakh Jewellery

1. Keep It Away from Water

Avoid wearing your jewellery while bathing, swimming, exercising, or
washing your hands. Moisture can affect the plating and finish.

2. Avoid Perfume and Chemicals

Apply perfume, deodorant, hairspray, and moisturiser before putting on your
jewellery. Allow these products to dry completely before wearing your pieces.

3. Store It Properly

Keep your jewellery in a dry, airtight pouch or jewellery box when not in
use. Store each piece separately to minimise scratches, tangling, and friction.

4. Keep It Dry

After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a clean, soft, dry cloth to remove sweat, oils, and residue before storing it.

5. Handle with Care

Avoid dropping, bending, rubbing, or scratching your jewellery. Handle
delicate details, hooks, clasps, and earrings gently.

6. Avoid Harsh Cleaning Products

Do not use silver polish, abrasive cleaners, toothpaste, alcohol, or
chemical dips. These may damage the plating or alter the oxidised finish.

A Note on Oxidised Jewellery

Oxidisation gives our jewellery its distinctive antique character, depth, and contrast. Slight variations in shade, texture, and finish may occur between pieces.

Over time, the finish may naturally change with regular wear and exposure to environmental factors. Gentle handling and proper storage can help maintain its appearance.

Love Your Jewellery, Wear It Your Way

Your Angakh pieces are made to complement your everyday moments and special occasions alike. Treat them with care, store them thoughtfully, and let them be a part of your story for years to come.

With love,
Team Angakh
